Return policy: First, BEFORE you order, take time and make sure you like your chosen Ketubah design and have consulted with your Rabbi or Officiant concerning the right Ketubah text. Your Ketubah is a personalized item and cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Return in case of mistakes/mishaps - Of course mistakes and mishaps can occur - the names are incorrect, the Ketubah gets lost at the reception. In these cases you may request replacement:

Replacement If the Ketubah contains a mistake we have made, or has arrived damaged, we will make every attempt to replace it quickly and at no cost to you. (You need to save the damaged original packaging and artwork in order for us to make the appropriate insurance claims with the shipper, if applicable.) NOTE: If you, your Officiant or a calligrapher will be personalizing your Ketubah, you must assume responsibility for any mistakes or damage to the Ketubah. In these cases, you may take advantage of our replacement policy. Of course, you may simply prefer - as most couples do - that we do your personalization in order to ensure there are no mistakes. For replacement, please contact us as soon as possible -- but no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt. You need to return the Ketubah to us at your expense (prepaid, trackable and insured), and we will send you a replacement Ketubah. No changes to the design or the text and no new services may be added. If you desire such changes or services, including personalization, a $50 reprint charge will apply, plus the cost of the additional services (e.g., personalization - add $50, plus shipping fee).

Cancellations/Refunds There are no refunds for Ketubot which have been completed, especially if your order has already been printed and is prior to shipment at the time of cancellation. You may of course cancel your order prior to its completion, but any work already completed by us prior to cancellation will not be refunded. This includes personalization and customization charges, if applicable.
