Step One: Choose a Ketubah Design

The first choice you must make is your personal design choice. Now is the time to visit The Ketubah Gallery for a fine collection of original and limited edition custom Ketubot by the artist Esther Newman-Cohen.

Esther Newman-Cohen has developed a style that is typically Israeli - as in all things Israeli, it is an amalgam of cultures. Her concept of design is based on the traditional Jewish design found in Sephardi Ketubot from the Golden Age of the Jews of Spain and from the Jewish communities of Morocco, Italy and Amsterdam. Whereas historically those artists painted on parchment with ink or dyes, art keeps pace with technology, providing for improved, modern techniques. Esther incorporates some of the latest materials, using modern colors and updated designs, thereby adding her own touch of American culture to the traditional designs. See About the Artist

SIZE MATTERS! Note that the size of the Ketubah is TWICE AS LARGE as those that are sold in most websites and stores, where the average size is about 20 x 14 inches, her Ketubot are 26 x 20 inches (or 65 x 50 centimeters). They are intended as artistic centerpieces. Note: If a smaller size is required, please make sure to note this in your order. The price is the same for the larger and smaller sizes.
