The rising sign is Leo, Its lord being posited in the 12th house with Rahu will cause troubles for the
general public. The nature of trouble will be diseases and financial constraints. The solar eclipse (falling on the 11th August in the sign of Cancer which is in the 12th house of the chart) will cause many faceted troubles for our country.
Muntha is in the 2nd house.This is good for the diplomatic image and efforts of the country but the presence of the Munthesh Mercury in the 12th house will be detrimental for law and order situation.
The communal harmony will be disturbed. The third lord Venus is in the Lagna in the sign of its enemy Sun. used increasingly to maintain law and order. The judiciary will give some far reaching decisions which will have long range effects.
As mentioned the presence of 10th lord Venus in the Lagna in its enemy rashi will cause many obstacles in the path of government.
2nd lord Mercury has gone to the house of expenditure causing deficit financing and heightened efforts to jack up revenues. Governmental expenditure will have to be curtailed. India will have to be very cautious in its relationship with the world.
