Marat Hasratyan | 2009: high value swap. I sent my stuff in 2 equal by value parcels. Marat reported receiving of 1st half, while 2nd parcel wasn't arrived. Official post's investigation says "IT WAS DELIVERED TO ADDRESSEE". Doesn't filful even half of our agreement. Doesn't answer as well as there are no coins... Please, feel free to ask for details. Marat is member of the Council of Elders of the city Stepanakert, but it doesn't point that he is trustable person. If one day, I will receive something from him, I will change this record, but meanwhile after almost 3 months, he seems to be swindler. JUST KEEP AWAY. |
